Kate graduated from the 2 year Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2006 as one of the top 4 students in her class. In February 2007 Kate had started her own business in Remedial Massage focusing on Corporate Massage and by January 2008 had combined that business with Personal Training as a dual health component. She is also currently studying the Diploma of Pilates Movement course throughout 2016.

Kate spent a year abroad in Europe where she worked in Verbier, Switzerland on a prestigious Ski Resort doing Remedial Massage for the winter of 2008-2009 for The Verbier Touch managed by Brigitta Fairhall.

Kate uses a variety of techniques in her treatments including Sport & Soft Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching as well as Postural & Comprehensive Assessments. 

Kate’s area of focus specializes in Sports & Rehabilitation of the body. With this in mind she believes that the benefits of Remedial Massage Therapy, sometimes alongside other alternate therapies can help prevent injuries and/or aid in the recovery of injuries, reduce stress, enhance muscle & joint performance as well as assisting the body to reach its optimum function again.

Annerie De Lange

Annerie was born in South Africa and completed her degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria in 1995. She was awarded a bursary from the Steve Biko public hospital in Pretoria where she worked for the next 3 years. In 1998 she started her own physiotherapy practice, at Montana Hospital where she worked and managed the hospital and outpatient physiotherapy work.

Together with her husband and kids she immigrated to Australia in 2006. After settling in and looking after her young kids, she completed her Dip. RM in 2013. Annerie always valued the effect of massage very highly and therefore finds her work as a remedial massage therapist very rewarding. She has also lectured at a local training organization in Remedial Massage from 2014- 2017.

Annerie combines her knowledge and past experience to treat clients with a holistic approach incorporating various techniques. She has a special interest in complex, long-standing pain conditions of the back and neck as well as headaches. Her special interest are relaxation   (Swedish), deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, soft tissue therapy and postural assessments and correction.
